The questionnaire answers you submit (which states you sell into, whether cancellation is online, notice periods, and similar yes/no facts about your own flow) are not personal or sensitive information — they describe your business's process, not any individual. We do not ask for or store a live API key, password, or credential of any kind.
Your answers are sent to our server to generate your report and are carried through the payment flow in the page URL so the paid report can be regenerated after checkout without asking you to fill the form out twice. They are not written to a database or shared with a third party, other than Stripe, which processes your $49 payment. We do not store card numbers ourselves — see Stripe's privacy policy.
